We are looking for dynamic and hardworking candidate who takes ownership of delegated responsibilties to join our company. Delegated responsibilties would commensurate with experience, competency and capacity in relation to jobstreet’s salary report.
Architect
Requirements:
•Able to design, coordinate and manage projects from design stage to project completion
•Possess design flair and enthusiasm
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin
•Knowledge of Autocad, SketchUp and/or 3-D Max preferred
•LAM Part II or equivalent
Interior Architect/Designer
Requirements:
•Able to conceptualize new ideas
•Keen interest and up-to-date with the design trends / materials / fabrication methodology
•Able to produce computer generated perspective
•Knowledge of Autocad, SketchUp, 3-D Max or Intericad preferred
•Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related field
Assistant Architect/Junior Architect
Requirements:
•Able to work independently in a collaborative environment
•Willingness to accept vertical skill development (training to handle increased responsibilities).
•Knowledge in sketch-up presentation drawings an advantage
•Advanced knowledge in Architectural working drawings and detailing
•LAM Part I or equivalent
Draughtsman
Requirements:
•Able to produce technical drawings with high accuracy and of construction standard
•Good interpersonal communication skills
•Willingness to accept vertical skill development (training to handle increased responsibilities).
•Certificate in Autocad Drafting an advantage
